Kick-start your engineering career with Caliber Design
We are looking for two Graduate Mechanical Engineers to join Caliber Design’s Graduate Program, starting 1 February 2027. We are recruiting one graduate in Auckland and one in Christchurch.
This is a hands-on graduate role with real project exposure from day one. You will work alongside an experienced Caliber engineer who will act as your mentor, and you will be based between our office and one of our client sites - contributing to live project work in a genuine client environment, with guidance, review and support from your mentor and the wider team.
You will also join a structured development program that combines client project work with internal development modules and one-to-one mentoring, helping you build strong professional habits and the technical and commercial skills needed to become a world class engineer.
